or by becoming a volunteer (member),
Your help is fundamental for the continuation of our work
in service of the sick and abandoned animals in the Western Algarve.
Money Donations
Your donations are very important to us and so we would like to thank personally
all of the kind people who do send us donations through the bank or through PayPal.
Please send a confirmation email to finance@nandicharity.com,
so that we may formally acknowledge receipt of your donation.
There are 3 ways in which you can donate money:

Volunteer with us
Your Help Matters.
With the help of nearly one hundred members and over 70 volunteers,
male and female and of various nationalities, the Nandi Charity is a thriving,
supportive community where volunteers make lifelong friends.
The help of volunteers is fundamental for the running of Nandi's two Charity Shops.
The funds raised from charity shops directly support food donations and veterinary care
throughout the Western Algarve.
You can join our team for 3 to 5 hours a week.
We are an international group, all languages are welcome!
Portuguese is not necessary but it's an advantage!
In our clothes shop we sell clothes, bric-a-brac, toys, books.
Work shifts are one day a week, 10am to 1pm or 1pm to 4pm
(or more if you wish!)
In our furniture shop we sell furniture, pictures, linen, sports equipment and electrical items.
Work shifts are one day a week 11am to 3pm, or part thereof.
We also need people to collect and deliver furniture using our van.
If you are reasonably fit and healthy, please join us for a few hours every week.
